Requirements To Become A Wholesaler

If you’re interested in becoming a retail partner and selling The Plug’s labeled products
please register your account.

You’ll need an active Employer Identification Number (EIN), Reseller’s License, or your
Sales Tax ID Number, to qualify for a Plug wholesale account.

Terms & Conditions

1. Customer qualification
In order to purchase products from The Plug Distribution you must be at least 21
years old. You must have a valid retail business. The Plug reserves the right to
request additional documentation in support of business status.
The Plug Distribution reserves the right to cancel any orders that are found to be
placed by non-qualified accounts.

Customers of The Plug Distribution are responsible for ensuring that the
products they are purchasing for resale are in compliance with any and all
municipal, state, or federal laws prior to purchase.

2. Shipping
RISK OF LOSS
All product purchases from the The Plug Distribution website are made in accordance
with a shipment contract. We hold zero liability regarding lost or stolen packages.
Customers assume the risk of loss and title for purchased items upon our delivery of
the package to the carrier.The Plug Distribution is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or
stolen packages. If the customer does not receive a package that is marked asdelivered, it is their responsibility to resolve the issue with the appropriate shipping
company responsible.

We understand that lost, damaged or stolen packages are displeasing and we do our
best to assist the customer with resolving the problem. Notwithstanding, it must be
recognized that once packages depart from our fulfillment center, it is completely
beyond our control and does require the customer to contact the appropriate shipping
company, customs or local postal service for assistance.

● The Plug Distribution works diligently to ship orders as soon as possible.
We are not Amazon.

● There is a 3% credit card processing fee

● We normally do not ship on Fridays. Normal ship days are but not limited
to Monday and Thursday.

● The Plug Distribution can not guarantee any shipping time-frames or rates.

● Processing time for orders typically takes up to 24 hours depending when
the order was placed.

● If a product is out of stock or backordered, The Plug will communicate and
the product may be removed from your Purchase Order or listed as
backordered.

● Backordered items can hold up an order from shipping or can cause
additional shipping charges if it has to be shipped separately . Many of
our vendors produce small batches for freshness and there may be a
couple of days that product is out of stock. All options will be
communicated to the customer.

● Once a package has shipped, The Plug Distribution is not responsible for
the carrier’s shipping time-frame.

● The Plug Distribution is not responsible for items lost in transit, sent to the
wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or any third
parties.

3. Incorrect / Damaged / Missing Products
● Incorrect, damaged, or missing products must be claimed within seven
days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information.

● If the product is incorrect or damaged, please send a photo of the product
to wholesale@theplugdistribution.com include your order number in the
subject line and a brief description of the issue in your email.

4. Dropship Products
● Depending on order size and availability some of our vendors do offer
dropshipping. They may have minimums separate/different from The
Plug with different shipping methods.

● We do our best to keep products in stock however we understand the
urgency your customers express and this is just another option to keep
you stocked.

5. Warranty and Returns
● Defective items may be returned within thirty days of the delivery
date as indicated by your tracking information.

● Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our
warranty policy.

● For sanitary reasons as well as the general safety of our staff, we
DO NOT accept returns of bottled liquid.

● Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the
incorrect product is sent by mistake of The Plug Dist.

● Upon receipt of a return, our Returns department will inspect and
test every product. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or
replacement depending on the requested resolution of the
customer. If a replacement device is not available, The Plug
reserves the right to issue a credit.

● Returns must include everything that came with the product. This
includes starter kits and bundled products. We must also have the
original packaging returned to us.

● All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact
us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from The
Plug Distribution. We are a distributor of many brands and we will
do our best to assist you.

6. REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Each customer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations and/or restrictions that may apply when purchasing products on ThePlugDistribution.com.

When placing an international order (shipping beyond the domestic United States of
America), the buyer is solely responsible for adherence to the laws, regulations and
restrictions of the particular province in which they reside.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are NOT included in the pricing of the product,
shipping and handling costs. The purchasing party is responsible for the encumbrance
of any extra charges. We advise you to check with your particular province’s customs
office to determine any and all additional costs.

If it happens that the price is higher than the stated price, we will cancel your order and
send a notification with details regarding the pricing error and order cancellation. The
customer will then have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct listing price,

DELTA 9 TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL DISCLAIMER
Products on ThePlugDistribution.com contain naturally occurring trace amounts of
tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta 9-THC) Amounts of Delta 9-THC in the products sold do
NOT exceed 0.3% concentration by weight per the state and federal regulations defined
in the Hemp Farming Act of 2018.

Using excessive amounts of industrial hemp products, the type or method of drug test
administered and an employer’s or organization’s policy requirements, among any other
miscellaneous issues are all factors to keep in mind when receiving positive drug test

All purchases are made with the expressed consent to our Terms and Conditions herein.
This includes the indication of understanding that it may be possible to fail a drug test
after using industrial hemp products and that you automatically waive the rights to
make a claim against ThePlugDistribution.com for any matters related to any positive
drug test results where the individual has lost any employment opportunities or the
imposition of a civil or criminal charge.

CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any
time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any
new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our
sole discretion.

Beginning  Monday April 10th, 2023 The Plug Distribution will no longer be accepting Credit Cards as form of payment.
